QSHE and Compliance Operator - Logistics and Freight Forwarding
Location: Belfast (NI), UK
Annual Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and maintain QSHE documentation, policies, procedures, risk assessments, and environmental aspects & impacts.
Conduct audits, spot checks, and site visits across Group and customer locations (GB & Ireland), producing reports and recommending improvements to ensure compliance and continual improvement.
Deliver QSHE inductions and support awareness, security, and product safety programmes through training and engagement campaigns.
Identify hazards, assess risks, and investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and safety concerns to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions.
Act as a point of contact for QSHE enquiries and collaborate across departments to promote a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Requirements:
Experience in a previous QHSE position
Previous experience working for a UK or Ireland based Logistics company is desirable.
Up to date NEBOSH is essential
Previous ISO Auditing and Compliance experience
