You will be turning our high standards into memorable meals for each one of our guests. Ordering of products for all sections of the kitchen by using our inhouse procurement system. Ensure that dishes are prepared as per company guidelines, reducing wastage where possible. Know your menus and products, as our guests or colleagues may ask questions about our ingredients, allergens and provenance. To manage and guide our Kitchen Brigade; ensuring the smooth delivery of services daily, providing effective leadership and training to meet business requirements and our company objectives; Ensure that our Team Members are complaint with Food Safety guidelines in relation to recording documents, storage and temperature control. Recruit, engage and retain our colleagues through effective performance management, and to assist with the daily admin according to company policy and procedures. How will you achieve this? Proven experience in managing a team A high level of understanding of food safety and health & safety Great admin skills, for completing all those Health & Safety/Food Hygiene logs! Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable, able to build strong rapport with our guests and other colleagues. Excellent communication skills in all aspects; good organisational and administrative skills with an eye for detail.
