Exciting Opportunity: Apprentice Recruitment Consultant
Location – Bradford office/Hybrid
Contract – FTC 18 Months

Your Role:
* You will be the first point of contact for internal and external candidates as an apprentice in the recruitment consultant role, supporting their journey with Anchor.
* Mastering MyRecruit ATS: Become an expert in the MyRecruit Application Tracking System and support internal users to optimize its usage.
* Support End-to-End Recruitment Campaigns: Shortlist and select top talent, internal and external, to drive service excellence.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, ensuring a seamless candidate experience via email and phone.
* Support hiring managers with compliance checks, including identity, right-to-work, home office, and DBS checks.
* Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress throughout recruitment and onboarding.
Your Learning Journey:
* Participate in Anchor's New Talent Apprenticeship Program, taking charge of your personal development, meeting training milestones, and growing into a recruitment expert under guidance.
* Build knowledge and skills in recruitment, onboarding, systems, equipment, and procedures.
* Enhance proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized software, and develop communication and computer literacy skills.
Experience and Qualifications:
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are most important. Experience is a bonus but not essential. Support will be provided through regular meetings with the team and training providers.
