Overview
New role focused on auditing, optimising, and building the company’s digital growth foundations across SEO, paid media, and analytics.
Responsibilities
* Audit websites, tracking, and marketing channels
* Define and execute technical SEO strategy
* Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
* Improve website performance with product/engineering teams
* Use HubSpot, PostHog (or similar) for insights and tracking
* Build a clear growth roadmap and KPIs
* Explore AI-driven search optimisation
Essential Skills
* Strong technical SEO experience
* Hands-on paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
* Experience with HubSpot, PostHog, or similar
* Ability to deliver both strategy and execution
Nice to Have
* AI search / LLM optimisation experience
* Experience in early-stage or scaling environments
Additional Info
