About the Role:
* Support the Head Chef in delivering quality products, including Afternoon Teas, Picnics, and more.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain high standards.
* Develop and refine menus, focusing on seasonal and fresh ingredients.
* Lead by example in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Sous Chef role.
* Proactive, efficient, and quality-focused.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP & Food Hygiene.
* Passionate about food and wine events.
* Two consecutive days off each week (Monday and Tuesday).

* No split shifts and mainly daytime hours with occasional special events.

Terms & Conditions:
* Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum + discretionary service charge.
