Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls into technology delivery pipelines. Conduct detailed data analysis to identify gaps, track compliance, and support decision-making. Facilitate workshops and working groups with senior stakeholders to drive consensus and resolve blockers. Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into actionable plans and user stories. Monitor project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery and reporting. Maintain documentation and dashboards to track progress, KPIs, and audit readiness. Your Profile: Proven experience in a hybrid PM role within technology or cybersecurity domains. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and experience using data to drive insights and compliance. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
