About the Role As FCM’s newest Business Travel Consultant, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, delivering exceptional service and ensuring the successful fulfilment of corporate travel programmes. Acting as a key conduit between clients, travellers, and the business, you’ll be responsible for providing consistent, proactive, and world-class service. Working closely with your Team Manager and wider team, you’ll demonstrate strong operational capability, outstanding customer focus, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations through sound travel management practices. About You You are an experienced travel professional with a passion for corporate travel and a “think different” mindset. You consistently look ahead, anticipate client needs, and take proactive steps to improve efficiencies and service delivery. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring energy and positivity to every challenge, and enjoy collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders - while also being confident working independently when required.
