* Install and upgrade network infrastructure. With a rapidly increasing demand on networked AV systems and advanced remote production workflows you will install, configure, upgrade and optimise OB networking equipment and topologies.
* Broadcast IT and monitoring. Deploy and maintain control system servers, applications and commonly used IT monitoring and visualisation tools throughout our fleet.
* IP systems integration and ST2110. Gain experience and support operational teams in the preparation and delivery of end‑to‑end IP systems including switch fabrics, multicast routing and PTP timing.
* Ongoing systems maintenance. Assist in troubleshooting broadcast IT hardware, software and networking issues.
* Collaboration and standards compliance. Work with colleagues to ensure designs and systems align with evolving industry standards and internal company policies.
* Documentation. Maintain documentation of technical systems and workflows. Version control.
Additionally, there is scope and opportunity within the Broadcast IP Infrastructure Engineer role to participate in internal R&D activities, specifically relating to the ongoing development of control, monitoring and software defined production workflows.
