About the Role Are you passionate about developing people and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for an Enforcement Agent Team Leader to guide and coach our newly qualified Enforcement Agents as they move through operational readiness and prepare for business-as-usual Enforcement duties. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building confidence, competence, and consistency across our newly qualified workforce. You’ll be on the ground providing hands-on support, delivering targeted coaching, and ensuring that every Enforcement Agent meets the highest standards of compliance and professionalism. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, support and develop your own team of Enforcement Agents during their training and transition phases, as well as operating as part of the wider Academy management team. Provide on-street and remote coaching, offering guidance and demonstrating best practice in real-world settings. Monitor performance and deliver structured feedback to drive continuous improvement. Conduct readiness assessments, spot checks, and audits to ensure compliance with enforcement protocols and ethical standards. Collaborate with Academy trainers, operational managers, and HR to align development and workforce planning. Reinforce training through scenario-based learning, practical coaching, and consistent performance oversight. About You You’re an experienced leader who thrives on helping others succeed. You’ll bring a balance of operational know-how and coaching expertise, alongside a passion for upholding high standards and fostering a positive learning culture. Essential Skills & Experience: An in-date Enforcement Agent licence Competent in understanding, managing and interrogating data- mainly Excel and Power BI Confident to use data and reporting to drive process and performance improvement. UK Driving Licence Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. A sound understanding of Enforcement procedures, legal frameworks, and compliance standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Confidence working both on-street and in a coaching capacity. What Success Looks Like Newly qualified Enforcement Agents achieve readiness within six months. Coaching interventions deliver measurable performance improvements. Feedback and development are timely, effective, and actionable. Operational and quality benchmarks consistently exceeded.
