Earn £13.21 per hour (annual salary £25,838 [pro rata])

We support our brilliant customers who have support needs ranging from semi-independent with low support needs to those customers with multiple high and complex needs from the ages of 18+. They live in a range of properties in the Central region.
The properties are within the Aston Hall Reprovision service which consists of 17 properties housing 55 customers with complex needs, but you will also be a part of the wider Housing Management service within the Central region so you will get the opportunity to work covering different property types and service set ups.
What you’ll do
1. You’ll provide a housing management service to our customers, supporting them to manage their tenancy and rent accounts.
2. Customers with mental health, physical or learning disabilities.
3. You’ll also help our customers with their housing benefit claims and making sure that these are received on their rent account
4. You’ll turn around vacant bed spaces so that new customers who need our help can move in quickly.
5. You’ll also make sure our service achieves maximum occupancy, and that we are health and safety compliant!

You have
6. You will have some experience in safeguarding, risk assessments, confidentiality, support plans, alongside working collaboratively.
7. As Housing Management Coordinator you’re experienced in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties
8. You know all about re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed
9. You’re great at managing your own time and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

The practical bits
10. You’ll be working between the hours of 09:00-17:00 Monday and Tuesday and 9am to 12.30pm on a Wednesday. We need you to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers, but we aim to give you the time you need to spend doing the things that matter to you!
11. You’ll be supporting our customers with all their tenancy requirements and making sure they have a safe place to live
12. To make sure that we keep our records straight, and customers safe, it's really important that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!)
