Role Description
As a Co-Founder, you will set up and expand our marketplace within your designated location. Your primary focus will be engaging with business professionals, promoting the platform to businesses seeking suppliers, and recruiting high-quality experts to meet demand. This role demands a hands-on entrepreneur capable of driving growth, building relationships, and adapting the member acquisition strategy based on local market insights.
Responsibilities
* Member Recruitment: Identify and onboard new members to the platform, ensuring they meet our standards.
* Market Awareness: Generate awareness among potential users through targeted outreach and local engagement.
* Event Hosting: Organise and lead face-to-face networking events to foster community engagement and facilitate connections.
* Account Management: Manage relationships with platform members, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their needs.
* Content Creation: Develop and share social media content that resonates with the target audience, driving engagement and visibility.
* Partnership Development: Build and nurture key partnerships and networks within the industry to identify and seize business opportunities.
* Strategy Adaptation: The member acquisition strategy will be continuously refined and adapted based on market feedback, performance metrics, and emerging trends.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in entrepreneurship, min 5 years in business development or leadership roles.
* Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and networking abilities, with the skills to build relationships and secure partnerships.
* Passion for innovation and the drive to create a successful, impactful business.
* Ability to work independently

Year 1 - £20k Net Profit & 25% Equity
Year 2 - £57k Net Profit & 50% Equity
Year 3 - £85k Net Profit & 75% Equity
Year 4 - £107k Net Profit & 100% Equity
TOTAL = £270k Net Profit in 4 years plus full ownership of territory
