Responsibilities
* Perform inspections and repairs on electrical fixtures within domestic properties
* Diagnose and resolve electrical issues
* Install new electrical equipment and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulations
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory of materials used
* Uphold safety standards and provide tenants with guidance on electrical safety practices
Qualifications
* Experienced Electrician or Electrical Engineer
* Electrical NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 236 Part 2
* BS7671: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Full UK Driving Licence
