About the role:
We are hiring a Sales Manager within our AI Business Process organization. This role will lead a team of Solution Specialists and Solution Engineers focused on helping our customers transform their business processes using the Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. It is a leadership role that requires you to be both a thought leader and a sales leader, guiding your team to better understand customer outcomes and how AI solutions can enhance efficiency, capacity, and opportunities.
The AI Business Process team, formerly known as Business Applications, has evolved to reflect the market opportunity Microsoft is creating with AI in SaaS markets for line-of-business applications such as Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Collaborating with our AI Business Process partners, leveraging their capabilities and IP, will be essential to reach more customers and accelerate their transformation.

Responsibilities:
1. Guide strategy development and lead complex sales wins through coaching and care.
2. Drive transformations, deploy solutions, and create value in customer systems such as CRM, customer service, field service, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain.
3. Coordinate teams to ensure effective sales execution, working closely with partners to foster best practices.
4. Oversee regional business performance, develop initiatives, manage pipelines, and communicate plans and results to leadership.
5. Serve as a thought leader by connecting Microsoft solutions to customer impact and providing executive sponsorship to key clients.
6. Lead teams and customers through AI transformation, leveraging technical expertise and understanding of solutions' relevance and impact.
7. Accelerate your career growth by honing solution sales, collaboration skills, and cloud expertise.
This role involves working with industries such as Public Sector (Government and Education), Health, Housing, Travel & Transport, and ISVs.
Qualifications:
Required:
* Extensive experience in technology-related sales or account management.
* Or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, plus demonstrated sales or account management experience, or equivalent experience.
* Proven people management skills.
* Leadership in sales team management.
* Significant sales experience across front and/or back office systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
Additional (not required but useful):
* Experience with Public Sector, Health, Housing, Travel & Transport, and ISVs.
