As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Progressor to ensure that property transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients and various stakeholders to ensure that sales reach a successful conclusion. Role Overview: As a Sales Progressor, you will play a vital role in the property sales process by managing the progression of transactions from offer acceptance through to completion. You will be the primary point of contact for both buyers and sellers, ensuring that all parties are kept informed, deadlines are met, and all necessary documentation is completed. Your role is crucial to ensuring that deals go through as smoothly and quickly as possible. Key Responsibilities: Sale Progression: Manage the sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion. Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved to ensure that all necessary steps are completed on time. Communication: Act as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, and all third parties, providing regular updates and resolving any issues that may arise during the transaction process. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential delays or problems in the sales process and take swift action to resolve them, ensuring transactions stay on track. Document Management: Ensure that all required documentation is accurately completed and signed by both parties. This includes contracts, surveys, and additional legal documents. Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process, providing them with advice and support. Address any concerns or queries that may arise to ensure their expectations are met. Deadline Management: Keep track of important deadlines and milestones, ensuring that transactions move forward within the agreed timescales. Compliance & Legal Support: Ensure that all sales progressions comply with relevant legislation and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance purposes. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing documentation, preparing reports, and updating CRM systems with relevant sales progression details. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about property market trends and legal requirements to provide accurate guidance to clients and colleagues. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Progressor or in a similar administrative or property role is highly desirable, but not essential. We are also open to individuals with a strong background in customer service or sales who are keen to transition into a property-focused role. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously. Problem-Solving: Proactive in resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during the progression of sales. Team Player: Ability to work well within a team environment, while also taking ownership of your tasks. IT Skills: Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with CRM systems is a plus). Knowledge of Property Process: A good understanding of the property sales process, from offer acceptance to completion, and the ability to manage these stages effectively. Driving License: A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential for this role.
