Job Title: Creative Lead 2D – Brand Activation, Events & Experiential
Location: Central London (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)
We’re thrilled to be partnering with one of London’s top integrated, full-service communications agencies to find a Creative Lead 2D Designer. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Creative Lead or a highly ambitious Senior Designer ready to step up.
You’ll be the creative lead across exciting campaigns for high-profile clients in sport, retail, tech, and more – with a strong emphasis on brand activation, live events, exhibitions, and experiential design.
This role is hands-on and studio-based, offering plenty of creative autonomy and leadership opportunities.
The Role:
* Lead the 2D creative output across projects – from concept to delivery
* Collaborate closely with the creative strategy team (3D Designers, Copywriters, Content Creators, etc.)
* Present and pitch ideas with confidence, both internally and externally
* Take an active hands-on role in the design process while managing and mentoring two brilliant midweight designers
* Work across a variety of formats – from large-scale print and event graphics to campaign visuals and brand comms
* Contribute to a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration
You’ll Need:
* Proven experience in brand activation, live events, and experiential design
* Strong background in 2D design with excellent concepting and art direction skills
* Ability to produce best-in-class creative work across both small and large format print
* A confident presenter, both with internal teams and client-side
* Skilled in managing projects from idea through to delivery, including briefing artworkers
* Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
* A natural mentor who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment
* A passion for branding, events, digital, content, and creating memorable experiences
* Experience working in an integrated agency setting
