Responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will lead a team to ensure your branch operates efficiently, safely, within legal constraints, and provides excellent customer service. You will be dedicated to customer satisfaction, take pride in your work, and have a proven track record of successful team management, with an enthusiastic attitude and ambition to excel.
You will be entrusted with real responsibilities from day one, working within a supportive team to meet customer needs effectively.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have retail or wholesale experience, not necessarily from a food background. Familiarity with operational procedures and a demonstrated success in management are essential. You should be proactive and willing to get involved.
