The Housing Management team’s client base includes numerous registered providers of social housing and local authorities, they handle a diverse range of housing management functions. From possession actions to tackling anti-social behaviour and shaping policy, the team’s work encompasses it all.
The firm is open to NQ- Senior Associate level, dependant on your experience your case load will include injunctions and possession applications, advisory work, discrimination claims and all aspects of drafting including pleadings, witness statements and regular client communication. There is also the option to carry out advocacy.

To advance to the interview stage, a solid understanding of the housing management sector and a genuine interest for social housing are essential. While advantageous, advocacy experience is not a prerequisite.
The team is open to applicants from private practice or in-house lawyers representing tenants.
