We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our team in our Newcastle Shop!
Contract and Compensation
* Contract: 1 x 15 hours per week, fixed term contract ending on 23rd August 2026
* Salary: Starting rate £12.71, moving to £12.90 after passing a 3 month probation
Work Hours
* Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri & Sat: 9am - 7pm
* Thurs: 9am - 8pm
* Sun: 11am - 5pm
* Bank Hols: 10am - 6pm

Role Overview
As a Retail Assistant, you will:
* Provide a ‘feel good’ fitting experience to customers, giving them real insight into their size and the styles that fit and flatter them.
* Manage stock, both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
* Operate the till system.
* Deliver fantastic customer service in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Previous retail or lingerie industry experience is not required; we will provide all necessary training.
