SEN Teacher – Bright Fields School (Up to £38,000k per annum)

In this role you will not only be supporting our students to realise their
potential academically, but you will also be providing a space where they feel

Our key aim is to deliver exceptional education and support for children and
young people identified as having ASD and other categories of Special
Educational Need. As a member of Bright Fields School, you will have the

students to achieve their dreams!
What do we need
Qualifications/Requirements
* PGCE/QTS certificate
* Degree or equivalent
* Driving Licence is essential
* UK Based
* Additional SEND training desirable
Management & Organization Skills
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage
student behaviour effectively and demonstrate a commitment to providing
pastoral care.
Partnership & Community Engagement
* Proven experience working collaboratively with parents, community
organisation, and stakeholders to support students with diverse and complex
needs.
Knowledge
* Understanding of equality of opportunity, safeguarding, child protection, and
inclusion issues within an SEN setting.
Problem-Solving
* Ability to quickly identify and address challenges faced by students, ensuring
appropriate follow-up and support for their individual needs.
Communication
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, tailored to engage
effectively with students, parents/carers, stakeholders and colleagues.
Experience
* Experience teaching across Primary and/or Secondary age range, with a
proven track record as a creative and adaptable teacher who inspires and
motivates students. Familiarity with virtual learning environments is desirable.
