They are now a growing regional firm with excellent prospects.The RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant or Secretary to join a busy and friendly conveyancing team. You’ll be working closely with fee earners, providing key administrative support across a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions.Duties include:
* Preparing and amending legal documents, including contracts, TR1s, transfer documents, and completion statements
* Handling SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
* Assisting with exchange and completion procedures
* Preparing and submitting searches via online portals such as InfoTrack
* Diary management and arranging client appointments
* Opening and closing files in accordance with firm policies
* Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documentation
* Raising and processing invoices
* General administrative support to the conveyancing team
YouAre you an experienced Conveyancing Assistant or Legal Secretary who thrives in a supportive and professional environment? If you’re someone who enjoys seeing transactions through from instruction to completion, then this could be your next move.The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least a years experience in a similar conveyancing support role
