Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead end-to-end procurement processes for construction projects
* Collaborate with property and procurement teams to develop tender documentation and manage approvals
* Shape contract strategies and routes to market in partnership with senior stakeholders
* Drive procurement projects from planning through to contract award
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:
* Proven experience in public sector procurement, ideally within local government
* Strong knowledge of construction procurement and frameworks
* Operational, hands-on approach to procurement delivery
* Ability to work on-site in Harlow 4 days per week
* Immediate availability preferred
