As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to join our team in Hove. This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll support everything from social media campaigns to events, webinars, podcasts, and charity initiatives with our in-house charitable arm, Pollard's Promises. What you'll be doing
* Assisting with social media content creation and scheduling across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X.
* Drafting copy for blogs, email campaigns, newsletters and website updates.
* Capturing and editing images and video for campaigns, events and marketing materials.
* Supporting events, webinars, podcasts and community projects.
* Working with our Digital Marketing Executive and Pollard's Promises Wishes & Events Coordinator on campaigns and charity activities.
* Providing admin support to keep the marketing team organised and campaigns on track.
* Updating website content (training provided) and assisting with email campaigns in Mailchimp.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confidence using social media platforms, with a willingness to learn scheduling/analytics tools.
* A creative eye for images and design (experience with Canva a bonus).
* A proactive, enthusiastic approach, keen to get stuck in and learn.
* Experience in marketing isn't essential, what matters most is your energy, willingness to learn, and ability to support a busy marketing team.
