Our dedicated teams represent over 700 businesses every year across the UK solving temporary and permanent staffing vacancy challenges.\n\nDue to an exciting period of growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in manufacturing roles. This role is heavily focused on selling top candidates to companies, ensuring that our clients secure the best talent in the market.
You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCandidate Sales & Placement: Proactively market high-quality manufacturing candidates to businesses, leveraging your network and industry insights.\nBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base within the manufacturing sector.\nClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with existing and new clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.\nTalent Sourcing & Attraction: Use a variety of sourcing techniques to identify, engage, and assess top manufacturing talent.\nNegotiation & Closing: Manage offers, salary negotiations, and placement processes to ensure successful outcomes for both clients and candidates.\nMarket Insights & Advisory: Stay updated on industry trends, providing market intelligence and consultation to clients on hiring strategies.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nProven experience in recruitment, ideally within the manufacturing sector.\nStrong ability to sell candidates to hiring managers and create opportunities where they may not initially exist.\nA track record of business development success, winning new clients, and building lasting relationships.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nA proactive and results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.\n\nWhat’s in It for You?\n\nUncapped commission structure with high earning potential.\nSalary increase for every 6 months objectives hit\nEvery birthday is a holiday\n1 day volunteer work for teams chosen charity\n25 days holiday rising to 28 days after 3 year service plus bank holidays\nA supportive and dynamic team environment.\nOpportunities for career growth and progression.\nAccess to top recruitment tools and resources.\nAccess to discount rewards portal\nSocial and team building events throughout the year including infamous treasure hunts, murder mystery, branch socials, summer parties and of course excellent Christmas parties\n\n#INDTC25
