Role Details
Junior Front of House Manager | Full Time
As a junior front of house manager, you'll be a growing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You'll support continuous coaching and development of your team, own your shifts, and drive performance.

* Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
* Understanding of managing labour and rotas, eager to learn about financial performance
* Great at recognizing and celebrating team performance
