Typical working hours are between 7am and 10:00pm. Working in the catering team requires an element of physical manual handling, which can include lifting and transporting catering equipment.To fulfil the terms and conditions of the apprenticeship, the post-holder will be required to complete training on a weekly basis towards the Apprentice Framework in NVQ Level 2 Production Chef Standard.It is a requirement for this role that the University is satisfied that you meet the apprentice eligibility criteria for the qualification you would be undertaking as part of the role.
