Based at: Hybrid - Sandown Park Racecourse, 3 days per week

About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive awareness, engagement and sales leads for our Conference & Events and Hospitality business across Epsom Downs, Sandown Park and Kempton Park Racecourses. You’ll take the lead in creating and delivering impactful marketing strategies and plans that hit revenue targets and bring our iconic venues to life.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver winning marketing strategies and plans for Conference & Events and Hospitality across our racecourses.
* Shape budgets, KPIs and themes that drive awareness, engagement and sales leads.
* Use customer insights and campaign data to refine strategies and optimise ROI.
* Own and improve digital channels, especially website content and performance.
* Manage budgets and creative delivery with precision, impact and efficiency.
* Work closely with Sales teams to ensure aligned targets and commercial success.
* Support event delivery with on-brand marketing collateral and customer experience input.
* Collaborate with fellow marketing managers to ensure a seamless “one team” approach.
