As a Demi Chef de Partie, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: To analyse and respond appropriately to issues raised by both the various inspection reports (i.e. A.A Mystery Guest report and the other internal/external comments. To prepare menus and produce dishes which delight our guests and stand us apart from our competitors. To keep abreast of developments within the market place by visiting competitor hotels on a regular basis. Prepare competitor analysis and make proposals accordingly. To continually stay informed of dining trends (i.e. by reading periodicals, competitive shopping and developing menu ideas). You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
