Salary: £43,408.40 per year (plus car allowance of £2,750.28)
Contract: Permanent, full time
Your week: 36.25 hours Monday Friday 9am 5.15pm
Location: Hybrid with a weekly presence in either our Rushden or Peterborough office

Deliver a customer-focused service, responding to homeowner enquiries in line with service standards,legislationand regulatory requirements
Manage and resolve lease,transferand service charge queries, working with customers and external agencies, including attending meetings and home visits
Monitor and manage rent, servicechargeand other income,taking actionon complex arrears cases to maximise income recovery
