Job Description
We are actively looking to appoint a Yard/Branch Assistant to join the newly formed team in Cardiff. If you are a hardworking, flexible individual who can work as part of a small team and provide excellent customer service then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Your job
In this role as a Yard/Branch Assistant some of the duties involve:
1. Providing customers with product and service information
2. Pick customer orders accurately
3. Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
4. Process orders accurately, within a time dictated by the customer deadline
5. Serve customers on the trade counter when required
6. Daily friendly customer interactions
Qualifications
You will come to us with:
7. Excellent communication skills and some customer service skills
8. Literacy & Numeracy
9. A hardworking & helpful individual willing to be trained in all aspects of our operation
10. An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
11. Forklift truck licence
