Your role will involve ensuring our home remains spotless for residents, managing the cleaning rota, leading by example, and overseeing laundry, stock of cleaning products, and infection control procedures. Your focus will always be on the wellbeing of our residents.
We are looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. You should have a strong awareness of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, and infection control. Most importantly, you should bring positive energy, be considerate, and communicate kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. Attendance at safeguarding training is required, along with the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
