We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead all aspects of inventory management and site operations at our Doncaster Head Office. Reporting to the Managing Director and managing a small on-site team (including Supervisors and Production Operatives), you will oversee electro-mechanical production, inventory control, and inbound and despatch logistics, ensuring smooth, compliant and efficient operations aligned to business objectives.
