We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at HMP Five Wells. As a Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services to prisoners and staff.
Job Description
As a Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, including managing electronic and paper-based data recording systems, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
* A strong administration background with experience in managing data recording systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills.
* Hold or be willing to gain qualifications at level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy within agreed timescales.
* Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration or relevant industrial experience and skills.
