Candidate Requirements
* Degree in civil or structural engineering
* Minimum 4-5 years of experience in building structures design
* Experience working on residential projects
* Experience conducting structural surveys
* Proficiency with CAD; experience with TEKLA/TEDDS is beneficial
* Previous experience on UK-based projects
* Comfortable designing with contemporary materials
* Ability to work well within a small, close-knit design team
* Strong communication skills
* Ideally residing within an hour's commute of the office; relocation candidates will also be considered
