Responsibilities
As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the level of clinical care we offer goes beyond professional standards, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements. You will provide specialist nursing support and advice, take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervise or coach colleagues to deliver a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
Qualifications
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin number.
* Strong commitment to professional practice in line with NMC standards.
* Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, and experience as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a role model for professional behaviour.
* Ability to deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
* Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities – recognise signs of abuse or neglect and know how to act and report concerns, including escalation.
