Responsibilities will include Support client engagements o Assist on projects or workstreams and associated planning control and reporting o Analyse design and implement solutions to meet client needs o Build effective relationships with team members client and partners Contribute to development of the practice o Knowledge sharing and training o Coaching and personal development o Supporting internal initiatives Support marketing and business development efforts o Identifying opportunities for new business o Contributing to thought leadership o Supporting campaigns and proposals Reviews operational procedures and methods and recommends changes for improvement with an emphasis on automation and efficiency Partners with the technical areas and Identifies researches and analyzes production problems develops solutions and resolves problems Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle including but not limited to requirements analysis design implementation testing release and maintenance Designs new programs by analyzing requirements constructing workflow charts and diagrams studying system capabilities writing specifications About you Experience Either financial services consulting or change experience within the Capital Markets ecosystem preferably post trade Knowledge of or interest in several of the following topics o Consulting o Programme Project management o Business analysis o Capital Markets o Post trade processing o Financial Market Infrastructure and or Post trade Financial Technology o Strategy Operating Model and Process Design Good understanding of capital markets related trends and regulatory landscape Strong FX business knowledge and familiarity with FX Products and Derivatives Processes Workflows and Trade Lifecycle Detailed knowledge of at least one asset class or functional area is preferable Good understanding of a typical Deal lifecycle with various triggers and events Previous project experience on liaison between business SMEs leadership IT vendor and cross functional groups to identify analyse and document system functional and technical requirement Played a key role in the planning testing and implementation of system enhancements and conversions by following appropriate guidelines and ensuring completion in a timely fashion Skills High quality verbal and written communication Critical thinking innovation and problem solving Effective stakeholder management and influencing internal and client facing Effective team working collaboration and maintaining an inclusive culture Demonstrated resilience under pressure ability to deal with ambiguity and adaptability to change Self starter able to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative whilst maintaining openness to direction Desire for continuous learning and growth mindset Capable with Microsoft tools PowerPoint Word and Excel
