A Support Worker Team Leader is required to work with a 10-year-old and their family, undertaking the day-to-day management of the support package. You will be working with their MDT and school to ensure that their needs are met and to maximise their potential, as well as assisting them in their home and the community. About the role: Working Hours: Average 37 hours per week (30hrs clinical / 7 hrs admin) Shift Pattern: days, evening, weekends.
