Job PurposeThis is an exciting opportunity within our Group IT department for an IT Support trainee to join our team. This is a diverse role which will provide the successful candidate with extensive training and development within a busy IT Department. As part of your growth and development, you will be supporting employees across the business using their job related applications. As part of your training, you will learn to and latterly be responsible for supporting, configuring and administering the systems including participating in upgrades. There are a variety of systems used across the group and most are hosted on the in-house network infrastructure.
