We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Boutique Manager to support the daily leadership of our London store. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, elevating the client experience, and ensuring flawless operational excellence within a world-class luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Drive boutique performance through strategic sales initiatives, KPI management, and proactive identification of commercial opportunities.
* Clienteling: Build, nurture, and retain long-term relationships with HNW and VVIC clients, delivering a highly personalised and discreet luxury experience.
* Boutique Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with brand standards; support inventory control, stock management, and after-sales processes.
* Team Leadership: Coach and support the boutique team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Brand Ambassadorship: Uphold the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and values while ensuring an exceptional retail atmosphere.
Profile:
* Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within fine watches or high jewellery.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and cultivating elite client relationships.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion, and emotional intelligence suited to HNW and VVIC clientele.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex boutique operations.
* At least 3 years experience in leadership
