Do you want to make a positive impact on the lives of residents by working creatively in partnership with others? The Partnerships Programme Lead role offers a sense of achievement in building relationships between multi-agency partners to coordinate the East Sussex Financial Inclusion programme supporting financial wellbeing and resilience.
You will be working alongside our Voluntary and Community Sector (VCSE) money advice partners and related VCSE networks, District and Borough Councils, NHS, Adult Social Care, Children’s Services, and Public Health teams to coordinate a joined-up approach to address cost-of-living challenges and support financial inclusion in East Sussex.
The role is based within the Partnerships Team in the Adult Social Care & Health department, contributing to key Council priorities including Migrant Support, Financial Inclusion, and VCSE Sector support.
We Are Looking For People Who
* Have very strong organisational, communication, and engagement skills
* Have experience in programme management or support, and working across and between organizations with multiple stakeholders including external partners and service users
* Have experience in budget management, financial monitoring, and outcomes and performance management
* Can plan and organize a varied workload
* Can communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise, and accurate manner
* Can deliver projects on time and within budget
* Can analyze, interpret, and clearly present data
