Description In coordination with the General Manager, the Operations Manager supervises all Rooms and F&B Departments to ensure standards of operation are maintained and are working in harmony towards the profitability of the hotel. Leadership of the hotel with regards to revenue generation to meet or exceed budget Cost control, maintaining standards, daily duties, scheduling, supervision and monitoring, and individual effectiveness. Knows the daily operation of each department within the hotel and establishes and maintains a positive employee climate to meet or exceed guest expectations. Manage all hotel services such as guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management and expense management. Encourages team building and employee development. Ensure full compliance to hotel operating controls, SOP’s policies, procedures and service standards. Lead all key property issues. Ensure all decisions are made in the best interests of the hotels and management. Creates an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction. Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints and initiating corrective action. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3 years prior Hospitality Operations experience or assistant general manager experience is required. Degree in related field is a plus. Budget/Financial Management experience required. Ability to plan, organize, and lead the activities of others. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Excellent time and project management skills Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
