Job Description:

Salary:Dependent on experience

Opening Hours: Shifts between Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 (no weekends)

Contract Type:Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Location:Victoria Street, London, SW1E 5JL (hybrid working), plus occasional travel to Kingston upon Thames

Foundever and Intuit seeking a customer-obsessed and experiencedOnboarding Specialist to join our team, working on behalf of one of the world’s leading fintech brands, Intuit Quickbooks.

Please note sponsorship is not available for this role.

Core Responsibilities

1. Execute Structured Customer Success Engagements:Conduct structured onboarding sessions (two 45-min sessions, one optional 30-min session), advanced feature sessions, and new strategic engagements within the first 60 days to drive product proficiency.
2. Guide Setup & Workflows:Facilitate QuickBooks setup, review dashboards, and walk customers through core workflows (e.g., managing expenses/income) to build confidence and ensure adoption.
3. Ensure Customer Success:Verify correct SKU setup and ensure alignment with customer product goals.
4. Educate & Direct:Proactively guide customers to self-serve resources and the QuickBooks Digital Assistant for ongoing product support beyond onboarding.

Your Profile and Experience

Exceptional Communication:Active listening and clear explanations to instill customer confidence.

Customer Service & Empathy:Supportive and solution-oriented mindset, especially for customers who may find learning new systems challenging.

Learn Fast mindset: Rapidly develop proficiency with QBO functionality for accurate setup and demonstration.

Instructional & Coaching:Ability to teach and assign tasks ("homework") to promote practice and mastery.

Organizational & Time Management:Highly organized to manage multiple customer engagements in strict timeframes.

Proactive Mindset:Strong initiative for scheduling, follow-up, and ensuring program outcomes.
