Role: Assistant Site Manager
We're working with a well-established national housebuilder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager for a long-term development based in the East Cambridgeshire area.
This is a great opportunity to join a stable, long-standing site team with an excellent pipeline of upcoming work across the wider Cambridge region. You'll be supporting the delivery of a multi-unit residential scheme and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day site operations.
What you'll bring:
Experience working with a volume housebuilder is essential
Strong understanding of NHBC standards and quality control
Ability to support programme management, subcontractor coordination and H&S compliance
A proactive, hands-on approach with good communication skills
Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card
