Job Title

Senior Technology Manager (Corp Title: SVP)


Overview

This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, providing feedback, hands‑on career development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership skills, and managing stakeholders.


Responsibilities

* Demonstrated experience leading a global Repo Trading application team, with a proven track record of delivering business‑critical capabilities aligned to trading, risk, and regulatory requirements.
* Hands‑on experience with FIS Apex or an equivalent, widely used vendor trading platform, supporting Repo trade capture, lifecycle management, and downstream integrations across the trade workflow.
* Strong technical expertise with the ability to decompose complex business requirements into clear, actionable work items, enabling development teams to deliver incrementally and predictably.
* Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and effectively balance competing priorities across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Technology.
* Demonstrated experience coaching and mentoring teams, navigating delivery challenges, and fostering a culture that promotes high performance, professional growth, and retention of top talent.


Desired Qualifications

* Ability to sell new business ideas that can save costs and bring efficiency for the business.
* Business knowledge of end‑to‑end trade workflow process for broader FICC Macro asset classes.
* Experience with AI tools and an AI‑First mindset, and ability to influence the culture across the teams.
