Overview
We are recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Orpington store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in running the store - driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
Responsibilities
* Lead on store performance, standards and team development on the shop floor.
* Drive performance and maintain high standards across the store.
* Lead, coach and develop medium to large teams.
* Support in driving compliance across stock, health & safety, and processes.

What we're looking for
* Retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.
* Proven ability to lead, coach and develop medium to large teams.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of hitting KPIs.
* Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
* Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential.
