Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join a business based in North Birmingham.
1. 3 days a week - 24 hours
2. £27,000 - £30,000 Pro rata
3. Holidays - 20 + 8 bank
4. Working for a extremely well established business with over 30 years experience in there field
To undertake the smooth running of the Accounts and process the monthly Payroll, Producing the Monthly Management Accounts, processing supplier invoices and Sales debt allocation. Reporting to Company Directors as required.
5. Purchase Ledger
6. Sales Ledger
7. Payroll - using sage
8. Complete weekly profit and loss spreadsheet
9. Liaise with external accountant regarding month and year end
10. Prepare VAT as required
11. Monitor customer invoices, working closely with sales and admin
12. Process online payments, refunds, card payments and cash
Person requirements
13. Accounts/booking experience
14. Sage experience would be an advantage but not a must have
15. Ability to prioritise
16. Be able to use own initiative
