About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support delivery across major energy infrastructure projects in Queensland and the Northern Territory. This is a FIFO position (3:1 or 2:2 roster), working across installation, commissioning, and maintenance scopes within oil & gas environments. You’ll play a key role in leading site teams, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. You’ll be part of a high-performing team delivering critical infrastructure, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact on large-scale energy projects. With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you’ll contribute by:
* Supervise, coordinate, and lead electrical teams across site activities
* Plan and oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance works
* Ensure all work is executed in line with safety standards, permits, and procedures
* Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site delivery
* Monitor progress, productivity, and quality of works
* Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Maintain accurate reporting and documentation across project activities.
Qualifications
* Unrestricted Electrical License (essential)
* Instrumentation qualification highly regarded
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within oil & gas / energy projects
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, isolation procedures, and safety standards
* Experience working within Major Hazard Facilities (highly desirable)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Current driver’s license and White Card
