Senior Project Manager Construction | Central London
A well-established main contractor operating across London and the South East is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction teams across a range of projects in Central London.
This is a key leadership role within an experienced and growing team, where you will take full responsibility for overseeing all on-site construction activity. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on client satisfaction and project delivery, along with the ability to remain composed and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will be expected to provide strategic direction while being hands-on in key decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
You will report directly to the Project Director and be instrumental in driving project success across multiple developments.
Key Requirements:
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. BSc / MCIOB)
Minimum of 15 years experience in the construction industry
At least 10 years in a construction management role
Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-value projects
Strong communication and client-facing skills
