Level 3 Nursery Nurse Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire Hourly Rate: Up to £15 per hour We are looking for passionate Nursery Practitioners to join our team and work across various nurseries in the Chipping Norton area. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a flexible agency role, with options for lunch cover or full-day shifts. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and support to children in a nursery setting Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to encourage children’s development Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, naps, and toileting Collaborate with nursery staff to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Maintain detailed records of children’s progress and activities Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues What We’re Looking For: A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner with a strong understanding of childcare best practices Solid knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexibility to work across different nursery settings First Aid certification (desirable) Why Join Us?
