This is a part‑time opportunity within the London Breast Screening Administration Hub Team. We are looking for a Very High‑Risk (VHR) Screening Referral Administrator to provide first‑class administration support for the London region. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for VHR screening referrals and working closely with the London Breast Screening services.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Accurately, efficiently and timely execute essential activities that support the entire breast screening pathway under the direction of the Service Manager.
* Lead on the administration function related to the London Breast Screening Administration Hub VHR Referral function, collaborating with London Breast Screening services.
* Use experience and judgment to provide appropriate advice and guidance, referring to the Office Manager and Service Manager as required.
* Act as a senior member of staff in relation to work‑based audits and process reviews.
* Maintain excellent communication, prioritise and organise a varied workload, and be IT‑literate with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
