Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role for an Account Director, based in Greater London. The Account Director will lead client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional results in line with client expectations. Responsibilities include managing account strategies, guiding teams to achieve project objectives, coordinating sales efforts, and overseeing the successful execution of campaigns. Collaboration will be central to the role, combining in-office and work-from-home flexibility to meet client and team needs.
Qualifications
* Proven expertise in Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and delivering exceptional client service
* Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills to guide and inspire teams towards shared goals
* Proficiency in Project Management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of the marketing and advertising industry
* Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment balancing office-based and remote collaboration
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
